Growing up in the Abruzzo countryside, running around among small farms, fields and pastures, I was taught from an early age the respect for nature, for its times, and learned the culture of eating well.

I carry with me the seeds of an ancient culture that has always given value to food, its flavour, ingredients and the rituals of its preparation. So I learned to recognize the scent of good wheat, the value of stone grinding, the punctual care of all procedures.

Today, 30 years later and a lot of experience behind me, I can only be thankful for these fundamental teachings and pay homage to my land and those who take care of it, choosing the best flours from Italian mills to be able to create my bread.
