The Florentine steak of Scottona Maremmana, the Tuscan lamb and the Reale di Fassona are some of the meat dishes. The wild ham of Casentino and the cheeses of small artisans are part of our continuous territorial research.
From the hands of our Master Bread Maker and Master Pizza Chef Antonio Avino, together with his assistant Gennaro Ruggiero, fantastic doughs are born that give life to the different types of bread that you will find on your table. This is the result of wise Neapolitan tradition and passion produced with ancient stone-ground grains, mother yeast and natural leavening.
